Lauren Jauregui Get Fans Excited for Debut Solo Album ‘Prelude’
Singer Lauren Jauregui is ready to release her powerful solo debut album Prelude this October, and fans are getting excited. It’s been a long time coming for the former Fifth Harmony member, who began working on the album in 2018.
Jauregui plans to broadcast songs from the album via Livestream, according to an interview with Billboard. The 25-year-old opened up about being vulnerable in her songwriting, capturing everything from love to mental health.
“I have learned that I am resilient. I have learned that I truly have a lot of inner strength and power,” Jauregui told Billboard. “And I have learned that I am protected and guided spiritually, and I’ve learned in a much deeper way than I ever have in my life.”
My heart is exploding. So grateful for you all..so excited to share this with you. You are all the greatest blessings and I can’t thank you enough for believing in me, in this and sticking by me and through it all✨

Back in 2018, Jauregui released her first solo track, “Expectations.” The heartfelt R&B single was an ode to her changing life following the indefinite hiatus of Fifth Harmony.
If anything, this was just the beginning of Jauregui’s self-exploration in her music. Prelude – which is co-directed by creative director Matthew Daniel Siskin (Beyoncé, Florence & The Machine) – will tackle similar themes.
“It’s very introspective. I go through a lot of different emotions and revealings throughout it,” Jauregui explained in her interview. “And it’s also just the beginning, you know?
