Winners of the 2021 Mnet Asian Music Awards Are Finally Here

On December 11, K-pop’s annual Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) were held, featuring performances from a variety of different artists. Categories ranging from Best Group to Best Music Video were featured during the show. The online voting time block started on November 4 and ended on December 9, giving fans more than a month’s time to get their favorite artists on the roster. 

The event was hosted by Lee Hyori, the first female singer to ever host the awards. It took place at CJ ENM’s Contents World in Paji City, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. Many videos from the night have been trending across all social media platforms, specifically Instagram and Twitter. Highly anticipated groups such as ENHYPEN, aespa, Tomorrow X Together, and ITZY displayed unique performances scattered between each announcement.
