Beyoncé, also known as Queen Bee, has just landed her first nomination for the King Richard soundtrack against Billie Eilish’s track, “No Time To Die.”

Beyoncé is not far from being an EGOT (Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Awards) winner, as it has just been announced that she will receive her very first Oscar nomination for original song.

With the announcement of Tracee Ellis Ross and Leslie Jordan hosting the Oscars Awards, the nominations were revealed shortly after.

Beyoncé was named in the original song category for her “Be Alive” hit, which was on the soundtrack for King Richard.

Beyoncé is known for sweeping out the competition. Still, fans are curious to see which artist will come out on top after Billie Eilish (“No Time to Die”), Van Morrison (“Down To Joy”), Diane Warren (“Somehow You Do”), and Lin-Manuel Miranda (“Dos Orugitas”) were also nominated in the original song category.

However, Beyoncé’s family, specifically her mother, Tina Lawson, doesn’t doubt her talent.

In an interview with Good Morning America, Lawson stated, “I feel like she should have gotten one many times before, so we’ll see.”

The fans definitely agree as well. When Shaquille O’Neal found out about Beyoncé’s nomination, he was ecstatic. O’Neal shared, “She’s just perfect. She did something for me I cannot even thank her for.”

With the Oscars quickly approaching on Mar. 27, fans are excited to see if the Queen will come out on top once again.
