Hilary Swank Reveals Her Pregnancy Is a Miracle
There are double congratulations in order for Hilary Swank. The Million Dollar Baby actress is going to be a first-time mom.
On the October 5 episode of Good Morning America, Academy Award-winning actress Hilary Swank shared the joyous news: She is expanding her family with her husband Philip Schneider. She revealed, “This is something I’ve been wanting for a long time—and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom. And not just of one, but of two…I can’t believe it.”

Shortly after appearing on GMA, the actress was a guest on Live with Kelly and Ryan, confirming that the rumors were true. Swank posted a video to Instagram, writing, “Coming soon… DOUBLE FEATURE!” She ended the caption with two angel emojis. She states that this next phase in her life is “such a blessing. It’s a total miracle. It’s unbelievable.”
Hilary Swank is a two-time Oscar winner. She won Best Actress for the 1999 film, Boys Don’t Cry. Swank starred opposite Chloë Sevigny and Peter Sarsgaard. She later won Best Actress again for the 2004 film, Million Dollar Baby. In addition to her win, the sports drama swept the Oscars, winning Best Motion Picture, Best Director for Clint Eastwood, and Best Actor in a supporting role for Morgan Freeman. Her filmography also includes Amelia, Freedom Writers, Insomnia, P.S. I Love You, and others.
