Remi Wolf Delivers Excellent Performance of ‘Liz’ on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
Remi Wolf made her debut late-night performance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on October 10. The “Photo ID” singer performed the fan-favorite “Liz.”
Remi Wolf took to Instagram on October 10 reminding fans to tune in to Fallon to watch her perform. She playfully writes, “Hello Jimmy I am coming to see you very very soon and would like to play darts with u btw.”
Wolf’s second post included a photograph of the two. She throws up the peace sign, while simultaneously rocking her eclectic fashion sense.
The track, “Liz,” appears on her debut album, Juno. Wolf always sang the song on tour, but a studio version was never released until she gifted fans the final cut that appears on Juno. She proclaims, “This record shows a different side of my work… I felt so happy and free creating this song and I hope it makes whoever is listening feel the same.”
Juno is an important part of Wolf’s story. The record was written during the pandemic at a time when she began her recovery to live life sober. She states, “With that level of forced clarity, I was forced to look at myself through a very sober lens. Nothing to distract me except for my music. So it ended up being purely me at my most vulnerable.”
It has been a crazy year for Remi Wolf. She embarked on the sold-out Solar Power tour with Lorde and is currently on the road promoting her GWINGLE GWONGLE tour.
Congratulations to Remi Wolf on a solid debut. Juno and the deluxe version are both available to stream on all major music platforms. Her performance of “Liz” can be viewed below.
