The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum announced a new exhibit that will honor all of Taylor Swift’s musical eras.

On May 1, the museum unveiled its brand new Through Taylor Swift’s Eras exhibit. It celebrates the megastar’s ten studio albums by showcasing the iconic fashion associated with each. For every album, there is one iconic outfit that represents it.

The website description of the exhibit read, “Taylor Swift has consistently reinvented herself. Each new album, ten since her 2006 debut, has brought changes in her stagewear, hairstyle, and often musical direction, defining that era of her career.” The description continued, “The exhibit highlights iconic looks from Swift’s fashion folklore.”

From the peach-colored summer dress and cowboy boots that defined Swift’s self-titled debut album to the chevron top and corduroy pants of the Midnights era, the exhibit is a reminder of how much of a chameleon the performer is. Not only has she been able to crossover musical genres, but she has also been a mastermind at constructing a distinct style for each era. She is a storyteller in both music and fashion.

Swifties instantly swarmed to social media to revel in the news.

The exhibit comes while the “Anti-Hero” singer embarks on her massively successful “Eras Tour.” During the tour, Swift performs an impressive 3-hour, 44-song setlist for each show, complete with high production value and theatrics

Not only has the tour been critically acclaimed, but the buzz has been particularly immense. Glendale, Arizona even temporarily renamed themselves “Swift City” while the “Bewjewled” singer stopped by to perform. With all this success, it is no wonder why iHeartRadio gave Swift their highly esteemed Innovator Award.

It certainly seems like 2023 will be Swift’s biggest year yet. Hot off the heels of the Midnights album, selling out arenas, and racking up awards, it seems she has no plans to slow down. The exhibit was open to fans until May 31. Tickets for Swift’s “Eras Tour” remain available for purchase on her website.
