Speak Now by Taylor Swift Is Breaking Records Again
“Speak Now” and “Enchanted” have their biggest streaming days yet after Taylor Swift announces the album’s re-recording release date.
Taylor Swift’s Speak Now album came out 13 years ago, but it’s still breaking records today. The collection of timeless anthems brings love, heartbreak, revenge, and more together. Fans were absolutely obsessed with Speak Now in 2010, and nothing has changed in over a decade. Two all-time-favorite tracks, “Enchanted” and “Speak Now,” are topping past records and having their biggest streaming days since the album’s release.
Since 2021, Swift has been re-recording her earlier albums, starting with Fearless. Each re-release has the original album name followed by “(Taylor’s Version),” as the star works on reclaiming ownership of her music.
Swift recently announced that Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) will be coming to us on July 7. Since doing so, “Speak Now” has had over 100 million Spotify streams, and “Enchanted” climbs to more than 500 million. For their biggest streaming days, “Speak Now” gained 9.6 million more streams, and “Enchanted” gained 1.7 million. It’s safe to say that fans are extremely excited about this re-release.

Speak Now is no stranger to breaking records, with multiple tracks reaching the top 10 on Billboard‘s Hot 100. This kind of success is to be expected with an album that is claimed to be her best. And this week, Swift is Spotify’s #1 top artist globally. The singer is currently on her famous Eras Tour, so pairing that with an album announcement means fans can’t get enough of her music.
Given her career history, this re-recording will likely break records soon after reaching us. For now, pre-save Speak Now (Taylor’s Version). Don’t forget to prepare for its July 7 release date by playing songs that never get old.
