Dior Launches New Luxurious Skincare Line for Babies

Dior released a skincare line for babies to help keep their skin soft and smooth.

The iconic fashion house had recently launched a new line for infant skincare called Baby Dior. This new line is being presented as “a complete skincare line for little ones,” providing everything parents need to keep their babies’ skin soft, smooth, and healthy.

Dior rebranded its iconic infant perfume line with a new baby skincare collection. Originally launched in 1970, the four-piece perfume collection is now available in the form of a variety of luxurious and nourishing products specifically designed for a baby’s delicate skin.

The first product in the Baby Dior skincare line is the Bonne Étoile Scented Water. This fragrance is features hints of pear, wild rose, and white musk in a pastel pink or mint green bottle. The product is the perfect way to gently refresh and scent your baby’s skin after a bath or diaper change.

The second product in the line is the Le Lait Très Tendre Moisturizer. This moisturizer is formulated with nourishing ingredients to deeply hydrate and protect the baby’s skin. It is perfect for use on both the face and body, and it leaves the baby’s skin feeling soft and pampered.

The next two products in this skincare line are La Mousse Très Fondante, a cleansing face, body, and hair foam, and L’eau Très Fraîche, a cleansing water.

La Mousse Très Fondante is a gentle foam that “turns baby’s bath time ritual into a precious moment.” It is formulated with nourishing ingredients to cleanse and soothe the baby’s delicate skin.

L’eau Très Fraîche is a cleansing water that is composed of 98% natural-origin ingredients. It is perfect for use after bath time to gently remove any remaining dirt, or simply to refresh the baby’s skin.

Dior’s Perfume Creation Director shared during an interview with Women’s Wear Daily, “When I joined Dior in October 2022, one of the projects I had in mind was revisiting Baby Dior.” “Christian Dior evoked his childhood many times as a very happy and joyful period of his life. The scent and the baby care line were discontinued, and I was eager to bring it back to life as a tribute.”

With the help of Artistic Director Cordelia de Castellane, they reinvented the Baby Dior collection.

“We immediately discussed … working together to build back this universe,” Kurkdjian commented. “Baby Dior was born that day.”
