Meghan Markle Has Two New Series Coming to Netflix
Meghan Markle, Duchess of Sussex, has used her and Prince Harry’s production company Archewell to produce two new unscripted series for Netflix.
Both series have yet to receive a release date or title and are still in early production. The first will be shot at the Open Polo Championship in Wellington, Florida, allowing viewers to see into the world of professional polo. It will pull the curtain back and reveal the lives and dedication that the players have for this sport.
Miloš Balać is the series runner and executive producer alongside Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Ian Samplin, Sarina Roma, Dane Lillegard, Chanel Psynik, and Andrew Fried, the founder and CEO of Boardwalk Pictures.
The second series that Markle will curate, “celebrate the joys of cooking, gardening, entertaining, and friendship” as reported by Deadline of its official description. The series runner is Leah Hariton, known for being one of the executive producers for Selena + Chef, and Michael Steed (My Next Guest Needs No Introduction, Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown) will serve as the director. Markle will serve as executive producer with Eli Holzman, Aaron and Hariton Saidman, and Archewell’s Chanel Pysnik.
According to Deadline, the series is being produced by “Sony Pictures Television’s The Intellectual Property Corporation, which is behind series including Hulu’s The D’Amelio Show and A&E’s Leah Remini: Scientology & the Aftermath.”

These two will join the other three series that Archewell has already produced for Netflix: Heart of Invictus, Live to Lead, and arguably their most famous production, the docuseries Harry & Meghan.
