Tyler, The Creator announced that he will no longer headline Lollapalooza and Outside Lands and will be replaced by Megan Thee Stallion and Sabrina Carpenter.

Rapper and fashion icon Tyler, The Creator recently tweeted that he will no longer be headlining Lollapalooza and Outside Lands. While fans are unsure why he is no longer able to attend and headline, he stated he “made a commitment that I can no longer keep.”

Although some fans are disappointed, the rapper will be replaced by other notable names booming in the music industry right now, as well as bringing back a limited edition festival of his own towards the end of the year.

The first festival Tyler, The Creator will no longer be headlining is the Outside Lands Festival. From August 9-11, San Francisco will be celebrating food, wine, beer, arts, and cannabis, a collective of everything natives love about the Bay Area. Sabrina Carpenter is the replacement for the rapper, headlining the Lands End stage on Saturday, August 10. To check out ticket prices and passes, visit the festival’s website.

As the year is halfway over, Sabrina Carpenter is already proving her status as pop music’s “It girl” from releasing steamy music videos to announcing a solo tour with special guests, such as Declan McKenna. The “Espresso” singer will even be releasing her new album Short n’ Sweet this summer, making festivals the perfect time to perform her latest musical creations.

Moreover, Tyler, The Creator will no longer headline Lollapalooza. The music festival takes place at the beginning of August in Chicago’s historic Grant Park. The artist replacing the rapper is none other than Megan Thee Stallion. With an already impressive year consisting of her own “Hot Girl Summer” tour and her self-titled album, MEGAN, releasing June 28, excitement builds for her “hotties” who have not yet had the chance to witness her live.

Lastly, while fans of the rapper were excited to see him headline festivals this summer, they will have another chance to see him perform live at an exclusive concert. Tyler, The Creator just announced that he will host Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival. While not much has been revealed regarding performers and what to expect, the carnival will be a ten-year anniversary event held at Dodger Stadium.

Advance sale for tickets to the special event are arriving soon on June 27. For more details regarding the newly announced event, read the graphic below and visit the event’s website.
