Actress Megan Fox announced on Instagram that she and rapper Machine Gun Kelly are expecting their first child together. The Transformers star shared the news on Monday, November 11, in a heartfelt post.

In the Instagram carousel, the 38-year-old actress is seen cradling her baby bump, her body artistically covered in what appears to be black paint. A second photo in the post shows her positive pregnancy test, with a simple caption: “Yes.” She also quoted lyrics from Kelly’s song, “Last November,” writing, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back.” The caption subtly references the miscarriage the couple experienced during their first pregnancy in 2023, a journey Fox discusses in her book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous and in an interview with Good Morning America about navigating the loss with her fiancé.

“I’ve never been through anything like that,” she stated. “I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately…trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”

Fox and Kelly first crossed paths in 2020, shortly after divorce from her husband of ten years, Brian Austin Green. The celebrity couple met on the set of Midnight in the Switchgrass and went public with their relationship after Fox appeared in Kelly’s “Bloody Valentine” music video. They got engaged in January 2022, with the actress sharing a video of Kelly’s proposal beneath a banyan tree, an important symbol for the couple. Kelly also posted a close-up of her engagement ring with the caption, “Yes, in this life and every life. Beneath the same branches we fell in love under, I brought her back to ask her to marry me.”

This is the couple’s first child together, though both are already parents from previous relationships. Fox shares three children, Noah, Bodhi, and Journey with her ex-husband, while Kelly has a teenage daughter with his ex, Emma Cannon.
