UK Shelter Rescues New Pup ‘Peanut’ From Starvation

A heart-wrenching rescue on New Year’s Day has given an emaciated dog a shot at a better life. Peanut, a 3-year-old pup, was found abandoned in a ditch in the U.K., in one of the most severe cases of neglect ever seen by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA).
