Kim Kardashian Reunites With Ex at SNL in New York
Kim Kardashian and ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson reconnected during the Saturday Night Live 50-year anniversary.
The SKIMS founder reunited with comedian Pete Davidson at the SNL afterparty, two years after they broke up. Sources stated their conversation remained casual. “He has nothing but love and respect for Kim,” a source commented. “They are on good terms. He hopes everyone can move on.”
Kardashian returned to SNL after her first appearance in 2021. The mother of four acted alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, including Will Ferrell, Scarlett Johansson, Kristen Wiig, Ana Gasteyer, and Fred Armisen. The group appeared in a Maharelle sisters skit where Wiig jokingly played the drums on the reality star’s behind.
SNL alum Davidson joined Laraine Newman for a digital sketch, in which he returned as the character Chad. During the sketch, Newman and Davidson walked through the halls of Studio 8H. In the sketch, he revealed a chest full of tattoos, which have since been removed.
The Kardashians star and comedian started dating in 2021 after sharing an onscreen kiss during the entrepreneur’s SNL debut. In 2022, the two attended the Met Gala together where the billionaire stated “He’s here to support me and it’s my thing. I don’t think it’s his thing to be all out here with me.”
On an episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, the American Horror Story star shared how the romance sparked, “I saw him at the Met and he knew I was hosting SNL, but it wasn’t announced yet.” Meanwhile, during a conversation with Davidson, Kardashian revealed her feelings regarding hosting SNL. She told Davidson, “I will not back out…but I’m so nervous.” Davidson offered the model his phone number in case she needed advice.
In August 2022, the pair split. Outside sources stated, “Part of the reason they split was because of their busy schedules.” Additionally commenting, “They both travel all the time and it was hard.”
