Millie Bobby Brown Celebrates 21 Showered With Love From Husband

Millie Bobby Brown celebrated turning 21 on February 19, showered with love from her husband, Jake Bongiovi in a new Instagram post.

The Stranger Things actress companion marked the special occasion by posting a lovely mirror selfie. In the new post, Brown teases her hair while wearing a bikini with Bongiovi standing by her side and holding the phone. 

The birthday post caption reads “Happy 21st baby. I love you so much.” 

The new post came a few days after Brown posted about their love in honor of Valentine’s Day on February 14 with a special photo from their wedding day. “happy valentines to the most handsome husband that’s ever lived,” she captioned the post. “I love you more than anything.”

The two lovers tied the knot during two separate wedding ceremonies in 2024, only a year after Bongiovi got down on one knee. Even though the young couple have kept quiet about most of their wedding day details, Brown hasn’t shied away from sharing what she has learned about love since becoming a wife. 

During an interview with Vanity Fair on February 12, the Elona Homes star explained, “Loving someone and being in love are two different things. I think I loved a lot of people I was with, like I loved my friends. But he is the first man I’ve ever loved and been in love with,” she continued

Then, she added, “If we’re not fully invested, then what’s the point? We have to be, and we always have been.” 

One thing that was key for Brown was to have a tough conversation with her future husband before they walked down the aisle together, which she claimed that both “were pretty united going into.” 

“We talked about our political views, what kind of family we want to build, the kind of home we want to live in, the kind of relationship we’re looking for, the kind of careers we want,” she continued “It’s such an important decision, and we wanted to make sure we were making the right one. I knew I was. It always felt right with him.” 

Brown and Bongiovi hope to use their love for one another to aid them in developing films about the stories that are not represented in Hollywood, due to both having a passion for creating stories that empower the audience. Brown’s eye for film direction comes from her burning desire to create projects for others to watch and feel empowered to the point where someone is almost rooting for them.
