Kylie Jenner’s Hairstylist, Jesus Guerrero Dies, Fans Post New Tributes
Jesus Guerrero, Kylie Jenner’s close friend and hairstylist, has unexpectedly died at 34.
Gris Guerrero, the sister of the late beautician, shared the news on a GoFundMe page Saturday, stating, “It is with a heavy heart that we let the world know that Jesus Guerrero has gone to heaven.”
“He is a son, a brother, an uncle, an artist, a friend, and so much more … Unfortunately, his passing came very suddenly and unexpectedly,” she continued.
The Los Angeles-based hairstylist started working with Jenner, 27, in 2019 and recently traveled to Paris with The Kardashians star, whom he affectionately referred to as his “main girly.”
On Monday, February 24, Kim shared two photos on her Instagram Story featuring Jesus, along with heartfelt messages.
In the first post, which showed her family and their glam team with Jesus next to a pregnant Kylie, Kim wrote: “Our glam fam means everything to us. We work together, vacation together, and celebrate our lives together!”
She continued: “Our great respect for the art of hair and make up has lead us to meeting some of the kindest souls and made some of our bestest friends. So when one of our glam family members passes away all of our souls are crushed. My heart breaks for Kylie and everyone who loved Jesus the way we all did. I’m praying for his family, his loved ones and the whole beauty community who feels this deep loss of one of the most talented and kindest to ever do it! Rest in Peace @jesushair.”
Sources with direct knowledge told TMZ that Jenner has been quietly coordinating with Jesus Guerrero’s family to arrange for his body to be returned to his hometown of Houston and to cover the funeral expenses.
The mother of two has not yet addressed the tragic passing of her close friend.
