Isabella Strahan Featured as Star of Kenneth Cole’s New Campaign
Isabella Strahan is making major moves almost one year after announcing remission from cancer.
Isabella Strahan made a powerful statement as the star of Kenneth Cole’s spring campaign, “Purposeful Voices.”
Strahan chose seven looks from the ready-to-wear line designed by Emily Cole, daughter of Kenneth Cole. Emily was recently made executive vice president of the brand and serves as the women’s creative director and product strategist. Strahan’s ensembles were titled “Isabella’s Choice.”
The 20-year-old told PEOPLE that she was grateful for the opportunity to be able to give her opinions on the looks and be involved throughout the process.
“We paired together lots of options, but ultimately ended up wearing what felt most like my style and my everyday look,” she stated. “I love that I had input, and I got to wear clothes that I felt comfortable in and loved.”
Kenneth Cole has spent over 40 years focusing on social missions through the Kenneth Cole Foundation. They’ve contributed to several organizations, including but not limited to Planned Parenthood and The Mental Health Coalition.
She also told PEOPLE that she was proud to be selected for the campaign, and it helped her realize her impact.
“It made me realize my words and actions do have power,” she stated. “I’m so honored to be a part of the campaign. I truly am inspired by all the work the brand does.”
Isabella, daughter of Michael Strahan, was diagnosed with a brain tumor in October 2023. Throughout her battle, she documented her journey online, sharing with her supporters what she was going through, hoping to help other people who may be facing a similar situation.
As stated on Kenneth Cole’s official site: “By documenting all the ups and downs of her recovery on YouTube, she discovered the healing power of helping others. As she learned how to walk and talk again, she stepped up and used her voice to comfort, inspire, and give hope to others fighting to survive.”
In July 2024, she was officially declared cancer-free and announced her remission on social media. She recently returned to the University of Southern California to resume her education, which she had to put on hold to receive treatment.
