In its Charlotte’s Beauty Secrets feature, the brand describes the Life Changing Lip Mask as one formula in “2 Tilbury worlds.” Pillow Talk Fresh Glow is the tinted version, a sheer, soft pink inspired by Charlotte’s iconic Pillow Talk shade, finished with a sweet vanilla scent.

Magic Sheer Glow is the clear, fragrance-free version, made for a glass-lip finish that lets your natural lip tone shine.

The lip mask arrived as part of a larger late-summer moment for the brand. As E! News reported, Charlotte Tilbury announced it alongside the new Airbrush Flawless Foundation and the Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray in Matte. To celebrate, the brand opened Charlotte’s Café Airbrush, a pop-up in London’s Covent Garden Piazza that ran August 28 through 30, 2025, where guests could find their shade match and try the new launches, according to The Glass Magazine.

The formula pairs Lip Lift Technology, a peptide that boosts the look of volume and definition, with micro-encapsulated cushioning ceramides for time-released hydration. Botanical butters, including Oba kernel butter and sunflower seed oil, add comforting nourishment.
