Introducing The First Latina Princess, Elena!
Disney has added another diverse face to it’s collection of princesses!
The cast and crew of Elena of Avalor, premiering July 22nd, have been working tirelessly to bring “Elena’s” Latina culture to life. The show is about a 16 year old princess and her family and takes place in the same universe as Disney Junior’s Sophia The First. The show has employed cultural consultants every step of the way to ensure the music, landscape, clothing and overall feel of the show is just wait. We can’t wait to meet Elena!
