Solange Knowles Discusses Activism At Yale

Yale students were in for a treat.

Songstress Solange Knowles delivered a keynote speech at Yale’s “Everybody Still Wants To Fly: Activism in Pop from Prince and Solange” on Thursday night at the university’s Levinson Auditorium. There, she discussed activism in pop culture with approximately 450 people in attendance. She and professor Daphne Brooks’ conversation was streamed via Saint Heron.
