Bretman Rock enjoys running track and he says that the real competition is the one with yourself. “When you think you can’t do it anymore, it’s all up to you to decide whether or not you keep going,” he said.
On top of that, he advised to not play in the rain or you’ll get sick the next day. Great advice, Bretman!
