Bruno Mars Nominated for 5 BET Awards

Bruno Mars’ music seems to get BETter by the album.

The pop singer/ songwriter is nominated for an outstanding five BET Awards this year. More competitive than ever, Mars has been nominated for categories such as best album and video of the year.

After releasing 24k Magic in November 2016, the album exploded with multiple hits. Being played on most major radio stations, “That’s What I Like” and “24k Magic” have made their way to the top. Mars’ newest album is taking over and the music industry loves it.

The Grammy Award winning artist is all but new to the BET Awards; Mars has already won multiple awards for hits like “Nothin’ on You” and ‘Uptown Funk”. As he continues to grow as an artist, the trophies keep coming.

With only Beyoncé leading by two nominations, the artist showed his gratitude with a tweet. “THANK YOU @BETAWARDS ! WHAT AN HONOR!” 24k Magic is arguably one of Mars’ best albums to date.

Also nominated for a Billboard Music Award, the Hawaiian raised artist continues to stack up his wins. Mars can definitely expect to see continues praise for his newest album.
