Katy Perry’s One Love Manchester Outfit will Have You in Tears
Katy Perry not only sang her heart out, she also wore it!
Katy Perry gave emotional renditions of her songs “Part of Me” and “Roar” at Ariana Grande’s One Love Manchester concert on Sunday night.
The singer strutted out on stage radiating strength in an all white, feathered, angelic ensemble. After removing her white cape, the audience was in awe! She wore a dress decorated with colorful photos of the Manchester victims who died in the May 22 attack, creating the shape of a heart on her back. Photos of victims also adorned her collar and sleeves. Her outfit was a breathtaking tribute for the 22 victims of the Manchester terror attack.
Katy took the stage announcing that she was “so honored and humbled to be here tonight to share and spread love.” She exclaimed that “love conquers fear, and love conquers hate, and this love that we choose will give you strength, and it’s our greatest power!”
The singer also admitted that “it’s not easy to always choose love, is it? Especially in moments like these. It can be the most difficult thing to do.”
Her words, songs, and outfit were extremely touching to the audience and those around the world!
