Don’t be fooled by the short-bristled brush, and it’s truly magic. The thick, short-bristled brush does its job.  Its specialty is separating and fanning the lashes out for maximum volume and drama. Volum’ Express The Colossal Cat Eyes Mascara by Maybelline @maybelline

Here starts the drugstore portion of the list. This line by Maybelline always gets a lot of love for good reason. The brush is curved and has tons of bristles that curve and separate the lashes creating impressive volume. They call it a claw brush because it truly gives you cat-like corners that perfectly frame your eye. Find it at your local drugstore for around $7.

Everyone, meet Cat Eye’s cousin Falsies. If you enjoy mascaras that fan the lashes out, creating volume without the clumpiness, this one is for you. Once again, the brush is fabulous.
