Lea Michele Posts A Touching Tribute

True love never dies out.

This must be the case for Lea Michele and Cory Montieth.

Although Montieth passed away in July 2013 (due to an alcohol and heroin overdose), Michele has diligently posted every year in remembrance of her late cast-member and boyfriend on her social media pages. Her song, “If You Say So” on her debut album, Louder, was also about Montieth and how hard it was for her to cope with his sudden death.

This year seems especially heartbreaking, as she posted a picture of herself holding a Polaroid of the two while dawning Finn’s letterman jacket in Glee.

We will always remember Montieth as the happy-go-lucky, kind, talented, and warm-hearted footballer we all loved.

This reminds us to all tell our loved ones how we feel as often as possible because you never know when it might be the last time you see them.
