Mondays can be a struggle.

Monday means the end of the weekend, but it also means a new beginning. It is a new start to the week that can either be a good start or a bad start. You may not have any motivation to go workout because you barely wanted to get up for work. Working out can be very helpful in starting your day. Here are a few things that happen when you workout.

Improved memory – Getting up early for work is not always easy and most times you are not fully functional. Working out can help keep your mind in shape as well as your body so maybe you can be a little bit more focused on your first day back to work.

More energy – Believe it or not you will have more energy. You might be a little tired right after your workout, but you will have more energy throughout your day.

Happy – Overall you just feel happier. Starting off your week right is very important. Working out can boost your mood and make you feel more energized and all around happy.
