Aaron Philip Signs with Elite Model Management
Aaron Philip is looking to smash traditional standards in the modeling industry.
Aaron Philip is on a quest to bring diversity into the modeling world, and she has already taken the Internet by storm.
The 17-year old took to Twitter last November to post some modeling headshots that quickly went viral:

Philip’s goal is to bring more inclusivity into the modeling industry, while simultaneously breaking the stereotype of what is considered beautiful. She is certainly the right person for the job, identifying as a gender non-conforming trans woman.
Last week, Philip announced she has been signed to Elite Model Management.

This is a huge accomplishment, as Philip is now the first black, transgender, and disabled model to sign with the company. With the groundbreaking change she has already begun to make in the modeling industry, Aaron Philip is paving the way for a new generation of models that can be celebrated for their individuality.
