Vanessa Hudgens Is Coming Back to Netflix
Vanessa Hudgens is set to star in her next Netflix original, The Knight Before Christmas.
After the success of her previous Netflix, Christmas original, The Princess Switch, Hudgens is returning to the platform to add to her holiday movie repertoire. A story about a medieval, English knight who is sent to the present day on a quest, this movie has it all, as the knight falls in love with a kind, science teacher who helps him along his journey. Vanessa is also set to executive produce this movie, marking her first executive producing experience.
While it has not been announced who Hudgens will be playing, Josh Whitehouse, also set to star in the upcoming HBO Games of Thrones prequel, has been set as the valiant knight. Whitehouse could not contain his excitement as he captioned his Instagram, “Woop woop! It’s out! I hereby pledge to be a true knight ⚔️ #Netflix #AKnightBeforeChristmas.”
