The show opened with a screen treating the audience to a mesmerizing display of colorful patterns while hypnotic dance music played in the background. The first model made her way down the runway in an asymmetric teal and black two-piece dress.

Many of the looks featured in the show were an effortless combination of classic, timeless designs and contemporary silhouettes, perfect for more formal events. Bold and vibrant colors, metallic hues and glittery staples made up the summer/spring 2020 collection.

Designers casting more diverse models for their shows is refreshing and shows a welcome change towards representing groups of people who are not normally represented, especially in high-fashion settings. It is a very welcome change in the fashion industry and is slowly but steadily becoming commonplace. Hopefully, it truly becomes a normal part of the fashion industry.
