Netflix Releases the First Trailer for Ryan Reynolds’ New Film
Netflix has shared the first trailer for its’ newest action film, “6 Underground.”
The film, which was directed by Michael Bay, will be released on December 13th on Netflix and stars a dynamic cast that includes “21 Jump Street’s” Dave Franc, “Straight Outta Compton’s” Corey Hawkins, and “Inglorious Bastards’s” Mélanie Laurent.
The film follows a group of highly trained individuals who have faked their deaths and erased any record of their former selves from the public eye as each member is recruited to fight crime in an elite group led by a mysterious billionaire who is played by Reynolds.
Reynolds shared the news and the film’s trailer with his thirty two million followers on Instagram on Tuesday in a series of posts and stories. He also shared the news with his fans on Twitter.

The film has been said to be a return to the old-school directing style for Michael Bay, who is known for explosive action films. The film is also another team-up between Reynolds and screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, who Reynolds worked with on “Deadpool.”
