Go Download Jordin Sparks’ New EP ‘Sounds Like Me’
Jordin Sparks just released her new EP “Sounds Like Me” and is already onto recording more new music.
The EP includes “Unknown,” which was Sparks’ first single in almost five years, “Red Sangria,” which was released on July 31, along with four other new songs. Click here to download “Sounds Like Me.”
For those who don’t know what an EP is, it’s a series between one and three songs or four to six songs where one of the songs is 10 minutes long, making the songs at least 30 minutes in duration.
Speaking on music, Sparks wrote in an Instagram post, “I’ve never been more proud to let something go– so to speak. This project was all about fun and being true to myself and what I like. I LOVE this EP… like LOVE LOVE. And if I don’t love it, how can I expect anyone else to? Thank you for the support as always! Enjoy the music!”
Sparks gave shoutouts to 11 different musicians, including her husband Dana Isaiah, on a recent Instagram post, crediting them for contributing to “Sounds Like Me.”
“I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL AND I CAN’T WAIT TO CREATE WITH YOU ALL AGAIN!,” Sparks continued. “FOLLOW THEM! They are all incredible artists themselves!”
The singer’s best friend, Francia Raisa, took to social media to encourage followers to download Sparks’ new EP. Raisa was recently featured in the “Red Sangria” music video. You can read more about the music video, which also featured Amber Riley and Sparks’ husband, here.

Even though “Sounds Like Me” was just recently released, Sparks is already onto her next project.
“The crazy thing about this is I just got home from the studio working on stuff for the next project, so we’re already moving,” the star announced via Instagram video.
