Everything We Know About Netflix’s ‘To All the Boys 3’ So Far

Bettina Strauss / Netflix

Here’s everything we know about the release of To All the Boys: Always and Forever, Lara Jean.

To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before quickly became a fan favorite of Netflix watchers. The follow-up film, To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You was released around Valentine’s Day and fans discovered what happened with Lara Jean and Peter after their fake relationship turns into a real one. Lara Jean was stuck in the middle of a love triangle between Peter and John Ambrose, and fans can’t wait to see what will happen in the next film.

Netflix has yet to announce an official release date for the movie, but it will most likely be released in February 2021, a year after the second film hit Netflix. Janel Parrish, who stars as Margot, revealed in an interview with ET that the movie would be coming out early in 2021. She stated the third film is “a wonderful closing of a chapter for Lara Jean. Her graduation is coming up and it’s another big life moment for her.”

“One day all of this will be proof, proof that we were here, proof that we loved each other. It’s the guarantee that no matter what happens to us in the future, this time was ours.” – Always and Forever, Lara Jean. It’s been 16 days since the To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before franchise wrapped shooting movies 2 & 3. I’ve been really struggling how to put into words my feelings towards this ending… words will never be able to describe my love for Lara Jean. Her family, her friends, Peter. Words will never be able to describe the long nights on set, where it would suddenly hit me, like a ton of bricks, that I was getting the honor of portraying a girl so fiercely determined in love, who represents strength in softness. Words will never be able to describe my gratitude to YOU, for loving her as much as I do. For tying your hair up in a scrunchie and saying “let’s do this.” Thank you from the very bottom of my heart, you’ve made me feel like the luckiest girl alive. Always & Forever, your Lara Jean.

Lara Condor also revealed that the third film ends on a really good note, and even confessed the third movie is her favorite of the three, so we can anticipate that it won’t disappoint. The movie will be centered around Lara Jean’s “personal growth” as Condor discussed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. Fans have been speculating for there to be another face-off between John and Peter, but Condor dismissed the conspiracies by stating the film will be more about Lara Jean than anything else.

Condor confessed the movies are “romantic comedies, so they are a lot about the guys, but I do believe the third movie is truly about Laura Jean. It’s not about oh, is she going to pick a guy and all the love triangles all these things, which are great. But I think we also need to focus on who she is a young woman and what she’s gonna do with her future.”

Noah Centino even posted a clip on his Instagram when he arrived back on set for the third film joking that he “hopes he remembers how to act.” The cast members were also recently spotted in Vancouver, Canada doing reshoots for the film.
