Darren Criss is bringing a virtual concert directly to your home in hopes of raising money for charity through DEC•AID.

November 10 marked the 10-year anniversary Glee fans were introduced to Blaine Anderson, played by Criss in the episode “Never Been Kissed.” Criss states that his start of Glee opened the door for a multitude of new career opportunities. He nostalgically thanks all his fans for supporting him and “allowing Blaine into your life” throughout the years.

In an effort to give back, Criss is hosting a live stream concert where all the proceeds go to many non-profit charities. The proceeds plan to go directly to supporting international and national efforts of COVID-19 response, LGBTQ youth outreach, educational equity, and fighting racial injustice.

Criss said, “I’ll be sharing songs, stories, and never-before-seen content from those good ol’ Glee days. I’ll even be auctioning off some special personal items to see if we can raise some extra dough!” in an Instagram post.

This idea has been a long time coming and it finally felt like the right time to execute it. The show will be live on Saturday, November 28, at 1 pm PST. You can text “DECAID” to +1 (415) 675-8068 or sign up via his website to get updates and details concerning the much needed and anticipated live stream.

This fun concert will defiantly be helping important organizations, and you can bring some Glee back into the world by donating or attending.
