Jameela Jamil Becomes Part of the Cast of Disney’s ‘She-Hulk’

Actress Jameela Jamil has been cast in the new Disney Plus series She-Hulk. She will play Titania, a Marvel supervillain and rival of She-Hulk.

Per Variety, the She-Hulk series focuses on Bruce Banner’s cousin Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany), who inherits his Hulk powers via a blood transfusion. Walters will face Jamil’s villainous Titania, who has powerful strength. Jamil, known for her role as Tahani on the series The Good Place, will join cast members Renée Elise Goldsberry, Ginger Gonzaga, and Tim Roth. Mark Ruffalo will reprise his role as Bruce Banner. Marvel first announced the series on Instagram in August of 2019.

Kat Coiro will be the director and executive producer of the series. Jessica Gao is the head writer and also an executive producer. She-Hulk is one of many Marvel Cinematic Universe shows on Disney Plus. Others include WandaVision and Loki.
