While the Red Velvet hasn’t made music as a group, the ladies of the iconic girl group haven’t left their fans without new content. Irene and Seulgi teamed up to release hits “Monster” and “Naughty” in July of 2020 and just recently reached one hundred million views for the “Monster” music video. Wendy released her first solo album Like Water, this past April, and just recently, member Joy released her solo remake album, Hello, at the end of May. Aside from music, youngest member Yeri made her acting debut in one episode, K-drama, Mind Condition.
Red Velvet has been a strong contender in the world of K-pop; debuting in 2014, the group has continued to release hit after hit, winning various awards at Korean Music Shows and expanding their fanbase beyond their home country. Some of their most popular songs include “Ice Cream Cake,” “Peek-A-Boo,” and most recently, their smash hit “Psycho,” released in 2019.
With the group’s long history of continued success, this comeback shouldn’t disappoint.
