Dreamcatcher Releases More Thrilling Teasers for ‘Summer Holiday’ Mini-Album
Coming back with an “Odd Eye” in 2020, the K-pop girl group Dreamcatcher is ready for their Summer Holiday in the newly released teasers for their upcoming summer mini-album. After releasing their infamous mystery codes back in early July, fans of the group are now receiving the tracklist and even a first look and listen to the new album’s title track.
Revealing that the album teasers would start dropping on July 19, Dreamcatcher slowly started anticipating their highly awaited comeback. More teasers and full tracklist have emerged over the past few weeks, starting with individual pictures of all the members. Showing the girls in various concepts and themes, Dreamcatcher seems to be going with their usual dark and cosmic theme, even for this mini summer album. Releasing the album later this week on July 30, fans seem to have a lot to look forward to.

On Monday, July 26, Dreamcatcher teased their fanbase of Insomnia even more with lyrics and a short snippet of the album’s title track, “BEcause.” According to an article by K-news outlet Soompi, the lyric spoiler was translated to “Turn blue, blue; your facial expression is like an ocean view. Show me that body movement more beautifully so I can feel it BEcause I like you”, along with that upbeat rock sound that Dreamcatcher does so well. Along with the lyric release, fans received even more footage with a few new group photos and more individuals photos of the group members. With the content Insomnia has been getting over the past few weeks, this latest release should not disappoint.

Dreamcatcher is a 7 member group consisting of JiU, SuA, Siyeon, Handong, Yoohyeon, Dami, and Gahyeon. Under HappyFace Entertainment/Dreamcatcher Company strives to put out music with a message, usually with a different concept from other K-pop groups. Picking a rock sound as their main genre, the girl group has successfully made waves in K-pop and outside of South Korea. Becoming the first girl group to reach #1 on the Billboard “Next Big Sound” charts, the rock-inspired girl group has been well on its way to success. After hits like “Boca” and “Scream” over the past year or so, Dreamcatcher continues to do well, and this summer album should do just as well.
