Netflix Releases New Trailer for ‘Love Hard’ Just Before the Holidays
Although it is still autumn, this Netflix trailer for Love Hard will surely make you excited for the holiday season. On October 7, the streaming service released the first trailer for this magical Christmas film.

Love Hard is a romantic comedy that follows Natalie (Nina Dobrev), a LA girl having bad luck in finding love during the holiday season. At the beginning of the trailer, you see Natalie having trouble finding love with online dating, even going on a date with someone married. Suddenly Natalie struck luck by falling for a rugged young man (Darren Barnet) through the dating app.
Natalie decides to fly 3,000 miles to surprise him for Christmas only to find out that she is getting catfished by Josh (Jimmy O. Yang), his childhood friend. With some Christmas magic, Josh convinces Natalie to stay by striking up a deal. Josh will help Natalie be with Tag, who was the one he was catfishing, as long as Natalie will pretend to be Josh’s girlfriend in front of his family. The trailer shows everything a Christmas movie should have by having love, laughter, and family.

The trailer also gives the audience a first look into the cast, including Nina Dobrev, Jimmy O. Yang, Darren Barnet, Harry Shum Jr., Mikaela Hoover, and Rebecca Staab. Love Hard will be directed by Hernán Jiménez.
