Storm Reid Is Officially a New Balance Ambassador
Euphoria star Storm Reid, 18, has once again taken the world by storm (pun intended) and is now officially named ambassador of New Balance. Jaden Smith, Kawhi Leonard, Sydney Mclaughlin, and Coco Gauff were all previous ambassadors of the brand, making Reid the youngest star to be given the title.
On October 27, the young star rocked a fierce blonde pixie cut in an Instagram post, as seen below, where she announced that she would be taking over as the face of the American sportswear brand.
Reid is best known for her role as Gia Bennet in the hit HBO series Euphoria, but most recently for DC’s The Suicide Squad and Darby Harper Wants You To Know, a 20th-Century Studios production with Storm herself producing the film.

Her rise to fame has been an inspiring climb of success and positive activism. The star uses her voice to vocalize essential issues such as body positivity, social justice, and reform. Reid attended ComplexCon in 2019, a convention created by Complex that discussed art, culture and featured a Genz panel in which Storm spoke.

Not only is Reid an actor, student, and ambassador, she’s also a humanitarian and, with that title, hopes to influence women of all identities to feel their very best. In an interview with ELLE, Reid says, “I get to do really cool things and collaborate with really cool people. But at my core, I’m just a teenage girl going through everything that other teenage girls are going through. And I’ve found beauty in that. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable, but growing up in this world, it’s going to be uncomfortable, especially with the duty I have of trying to inspire other young girls.”
Keep up with Storm Reid and her latest moves on Instagram.
