‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Unveils Official Poster
Spider-Man: No Way Home will release in December, and it cannot come soon enough. Before the film’s release date, Sony dropped the first official poster on November 8.
Spider-Man: No Way Home comes after Spider-Man: Far From Home and will follow Peter Parker (Tom Holland) and the aftermath of everyone finding out he is Spider-Man. Peter Parker will enlist the help of Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to try and make everyone forget he is Spider-Man.

The poster unveils Doc Ock’s tentacles surrounding Spider-Man and a minor character in the background. That character is the Green Goblin, who Willem Dafoe played in Spider-Man 2.

The poster only confirms two villains, and that is Doc Ock and Green Goblin. However, fans have theorized that the poster may have suggested other villains in Spider-Man: No Way Home. For example, there is sand behind Spider-Man, which could nod to the villain Sandman, who Thomas Hayden Church played in Spider-Man 3. Another theory is lightning shown in the poster, suggesting Electro, played by Jamie Foxx in The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

The only way to see if the theories are accurate is to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home in theaters on December 17.
