Styles enlisted major talent for the life brand’s second launch. Anthony Pham, the man behind Fine Line’s album artwork, and LA-based artist Marisol Muro brought Shroom Bloom to life. As for the face of the collection, Styles thought the Fleetwood Mac drummer would be the perfect fit. In an interview with Vogue, the “Watermelon Sugar” singer shared, “I felt there couldn’t be a better embodiment of Pleasing, or a person who could so naturally capture the wizardry that we love.”

Fleetwood also brought his own charm to Shroom Bloom. Taking dopamine dressing to new heights, he accessorized the new Pleasing apparel with a purple top hat and a stylish pink satin vest. The colorful shirts will be $60 apiece, and the crewnecks will be $105. Following the shoot, the musician has especially been loving the nail polishes.

In an interview with Vogue, Fleetwood stated, “Oh, I loved that. I kept the varnish on for two weeks! Back in the day in London, I used to wear nail polish and all sorts of stuff, and the attitude was, ‘so what?’ It didn’t have anything to do with sexuality. It’s not about that. It’s about having fun.”

In contrast to the clean-cut elegance of Perfect Pearl, the brand’s first launch, Shroom Bloom is like walking through the looking glass. The new nail polishes include four otherworldly shades, seemingly inspired by nature.

Sprouting is a pale grassy green that complements Tender Bud, a mushroom beige, while Vine Ripe provides a vibrant pop of ladybug red. Similar to his last launch, Styles added a dazzling topcoat to round out the set. The Whole Dewniverse glimmers and glows like bottled sunshine. Both Sprouting and The Whole Dewniverse will be available for individual purchase at $20. You can splurge on the Shroom Bloom polishes in their entirety for $65.

Two new skin products join Pleasing’s roster, tying into the psychedelic theme. First, the Acid Drops Lucid Overnight Serum ($35). Its ingredient list is dreamy enough with Malic Acid, Aloe, Upcycled Hibiscus Acid, Camellia, Salicylic Acid, and Lemon and Papaya. Expect a youthful and refreshing glow. Also in the new category for Pleasing, the Hand + Nail Balm ($25) uses Shea Butter, Snow Mushroom, and Apricot to protect and moisturize the hands.

Pleasing is more than a beauty brand. It first launched in November 2021 with the tagline “Find your Pleasing.” In an interview with Dazed, Styles explained, “I really think that the essence of Pleasing is finding those little moments of joy and showing them to people.”

Shroom Bloom is the spring collection to watch if you want to snag anything before it sells out. The micro-collection will drop on the Pleasing website on March 15.
