Lee Pace has revealed that he is married to Thom Browne communications executive Matthew Foley. The two met through a mutual friend and have spent years together.
In a recent interview with GQ Hype, the Bodies Bodies Bodies star explained how the two met. “I said to my friend, Nick, ‘You know a lot of people, who do you have for me?’ And it luckily has worked out,” he shared. He continued by describing marriage as “an endless sleepover with your weirdest friend.”
The 43-year-old also revealed that he and his husband are willing to have kids. “I’d love to have kids. I think there’s nothing better than little kids running around,” he expressed.
In the same interview, he told the publication, “If you’ve found one person you can be weird around, hold on tight.”
Pace previously opened up about his sexuality in an interview with W magazine in 2018. He explained that he has dated both men and women in the past and added, “I don’t know why anyone would care. I’m an actor and I play roles. To be honest, I don’t know what to say—I find your question intrusive.”
Fans have suspected that the two were married since last year after the actor started a gold band on his finger. The band was also spotted at Met Gala 2021, where Pace wore a short suit by Thom Browne.
