Selena Gomez and Hailey Bieber want the world to know that there is no drama between each other after Hailey went on Call Her Daddy to talk about her marriage to Justin Bieber. Instead, they were posing together in a picture at the second Annual Academy Museum Gala.
The women joined together, smiling in a photo taken by Tyrell Hampton. Hampton posted the picture on his Instagram with the caption, “Plot twist.” Fans were shocked to see the two together just two weeks after Hailey was interviewed by Alex Cooper on her podcast, Call Her Daddy.
Gomez and Beiber had been dating on and off publicly from 2010 to 2017. Fans loved them because they were always considered the new “It” Hollywood couple. Justin and Hailey then started dating in 2018 and got engaged a couple of months later. They married at a courthouse in September and had an official ceremony in South Carolina about a year later with friends and family. Fans of Justin and Selena did not seem to like the new couple and had speculations because of how close the two timelines were.
After Justin and Hailey have been married for over four years, fans are still rooting for the previous “It” couple, Selena and Justin. Two years have passed since Hailey and Justin married, and fans still leave hate comments on Hailey’s pages. Hailey has been trying her hardest to ignore the hate about her relationship with Bieber.

Hailey Bieber went on Call Her Daddy to squash all the rumors surrounding her relationship. Alex Copper asked Hailey point blank, “Were you ever with Justin romantically at the same time as her?” Hailey responded, “No. Not one time when he and I started hanging out like okay let’s just put it this way when him and I ever started like hooking up or like anything of that sort.” She told Cooper it wasn’t her nature to mess with someone’s relationship.

Days later, Selena called out her fans on TikTok live for leaving “vile and disgusting” comments on Hailey Bieber’s Call Her Daddy video. She then stated, “If you support Rare, I cannot thank you enough but know that you are also representing what it means and that is that words matter. Truly matter.”
