Amazon Music has recently announced the launch of an exclusive podcast, Baby This is KeKe Palmer included with Amazon Prime. Palmer posted a picture on Instagram with the caption, “#HaveYouHeard Ya girl’s got a podcast! Buckle up cause it’s about to be a trip. #BabyThisIsKekePalmer is available only on @amazonemusic. Now included with Prime.”

Keke Palmer gained her first role in the movie Barbershop 2: Back in Business in which she played the niece of rapper and actress Queen Latifah. In 2008, Palmer starred in the popular Nickelodeon sitcom True Jackson, VP. In addition, Palmer wrote and performed the theme song for the comedy series. She has recently starred in one of the summer’s biggest horror science fiction films, Nope.

Amazon Music announced the news in a recent press release about expanding its prime benefits. They claimed “Prime members will enjoy an increase from 2 million to 100 million songs in shuffle mode, ad-free, and at no additional cost to their membership,” explained the press release.

The streaming platform also revealed that amazon prime users can now access an extensive catalog of ad-free podcasts. Furthermore, Amazon Exclusive podcasts will be included in the deal, such as MrBallen Podcast: Strange, Dark & Mysterious Stories, and Baby, this is Keke Palmer.

Amazon described the podcast stating, “Prime members can join Keke each week as she geeks out with friends, family, celebrity guests, and some esteemed experts, and journey down the rabbit hole into her insatiable quest for answers, opinion, and the tea on everything.”

In the first episode, Palmer explores the controversial topic of OnlyFans with her mother and celebrity guest Blac Chyna. As a result, we can expect the podcast to be raw and unfiltered, much like Palmer herself.

In a recent interview with Complex, she talked about her new podcast. Complex asked her why she decided to launch a podcast, and she responded, “It was the perfect place for me to really explore the deeper questions that I have surrounding all different kinds of things, from just the craziest things in our heads.”

In the interview, Palmer also talked about naming the podcast. The name Baby, This is Keke Palmer refers to a popular Twitter thread that shared images of her. A commenter had made false claims that the photo was of her sister, who was killed by a Metra train. The Twitter user asked the creator to take it down, to which the original poster responded with the viral meme, “Baby, this is Keke Palmer.”

Listeners are excited to fasten their seatbelts as Palmer guides them through her personal thoughts and feelings of society’s biggest questions. Fans can listen to Keke Palmer’s first episode of her Baby This is KeKe Palmer podcast here.
