Labrinth Teases New Song With Billie Eilish
Labrinth released the official teaser video for his new song “Never Felt So Alone,” featuring Billie Eilish, and fans can’t wait to hear it.
On Tuesday, the musician posted the teaser on Instagram. The short video generates a dark, ominous feeling. Distorted clips flash on the screen in quick cuts, creating a haunting atmosphere. In the beginning, Labrinth is lying down as he is rolled around on a stretcher. The video then switches to a shot of the artist dressed in white, hanging from an industrial apparatus amongst several other people with the same outfits.
Eilish appears only in a quick flash, her face barely recognizable as she moves towards the camera, dripping wet in a pool of water. The song echoes briefly in the background of the video before it cuts to text announcing the release date.
In the caption, Labrinth wrote, “never felt so alone • friday” and fans quickly took to the comments to express their overwhelming excitement.
“Never Felt So Alone” has been a fan favorite since it appeared in season two of HBO’s hit series Euphoria. However, the song was not included on the official soundtrack for the series when it was released. Since then, fans have been desperately waiting to get their hands on an official recording.
Last December, Labrinth joined Eilish on stage in Los Angeles during her string of shows dubbed “Happier Than Ever, The Hometown Encore.” Labrinth performed his 2019 hit, “Mount Everest,” and the two superstars sang “Never Felt So Alone” together.

Since their performance, the live version has been frequently uploaded online but is consistently taken down. Evidently, fans are looking for any way possible to listen to the song. Following Labrinth’s recent announcement, anticipation is higher than ever.

Labrinth’s work as the singer, songwriter, producer, and composer of the Euphoria soundtrack received plenty of critical acclaim over the years. Specifically, his song “All For Us,” featuring Zendaya, won an Emmy for Outstanding Original Music and Lyrics. The artist also won an Ivor Novello Award for Best Television Soundtrack for the first season of Euphoria. Now, alongside Eilish, a Grammy-winning star, “Never Felt So Alone” is set for success.
