New Thanksgiving Trailer Released
Patrick Dempsey and Addison Rae work together as they take down a pilgrim-dressed serial killer in the new movie, Thanksgiving.
On Wednesday, the official trailer for the new movie by Eli Roth was released to the public. The movie itself is inspired by the 2007 faux trailer that ran in theaters during the double feature of Grindhouse.

Thanksgiving takes place in Plymouth, Massachusetts, centering around Nell Verlaque’s character as she relives the events of a deadly Black Friday incident. After a riot outbreak, police discovered a dead body located on top of one of the retail buildings. Although the murders have just begun, the main question still remains: can the town catch the killer?

The project has been in the works since 2010 when Eli Roth wanted to take the original fake trailer that also featured a killer pilgrim. Roth is also known for directing horror favorites, including Cabin Fever and Hostel. Alongside Addison Rae, Patrick Dempsey, and Nell Verlaque, the movie also stars Milo Manheim, Jalen Thomas Brooks, Rick Hoffman, and Gina Gershon.
Thanksgiving premieres in theaters on November 17.
