Diddy Is Being Accused of Human Trafficking by Cassie
Sean “Diddy” Combs faces allegations of rape and many other crimes from his ex-girlfriend, Cassandra Ventura. The lawsuit outlines the disturbing accusations.
Combs’ attorney, Ben Brafman, issued a statement to PEOPLE, refuting all the allegations and describing them as “offensive and outrageous.”
As per the filed complaint in New York, the singer encountered Combs in 2005 at the age of 19, while he was 37. Subsequently, she joined his Bad Boy Records label in 2006.
According to TMZ, Ventura filed a federal lawsuit on Thursday. The lawsuit included claims of “human trafficking — and a shocking claim that he broke into her home in 2018 and forced sex on her.”
According to Ventura, the purported rape occurred in 2018 towards the conclusion of their relationship when she had firmly decided to end things with Diddy. In her legal complaint, she states that they had dinner one night that year, expecting it to be a conversation about how they could move on separately.
Afterward, she alleged they went to her residence, but Ventura contends that Diddy forcefully entered her apartment despite her objections.
Furthermore, she claimed that Diddy proceeded to forcibly kiss her and tear off her clothes, leading to an alleged rape, despite her explicit verbal objections. Ventura settled a federal lawsuit against Diddy just one day after filing the complaint in New York. People on the internet were shocked by this.
Diddy settled that lawsuit in one day!! Guilty as charged!

Just read Cassie’s lawsuit against Diddy and jail isn’t enough. The things he did to her for over 10yrs is sick. He was over 30 and forced himself on her from 19.

It breaks my heart to hear all she went through and everyone around just saw it happening and said nothing.
“I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control. I want to thank my family, fan, and lawyers for their unwavering support,” Ventura explained in the statement.
“We have decided to resolve this matter amicably,” Combs explained in his statement. “I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.
However, in a second statement provided to CBS News, Ben Brafman, an attorney for Combs stated that the decision to settle isn’t an admission of his wrongdoing. “Mr. Combs’ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. He is happy they got to a mutual settlement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best,” Brafman stated.
Ventura’s case was settled the next day it was filed, but numerous other women have been coming forward with similar accusations on the internet, but it is still to be seen if those claims are substantial.
