Sean “Diddy” Combs is confronting additional allegations of rape and sex trafficking in a recently filed lawsuit on Wednesday, marking the fourth legal challenge of this nature against him.

Trigger Warning: This story describes sensitive material including sexual assault and substance abuse.

According to court documents obtained by USA TODAY, an unnamed Jane Doe has filed a lawsuit accusing Combs and two others of gang-raping her when she was a 17-year-old junior in high school.

As per the lawsuit, it is claimed that Combs and his associates provided her with “excessive amounts” of drugs and alcohol. The suit asserts that Combs sexually assaulted her over a bathroom sink while she was in and out of consciousness. Furthermore, the lawsuit alleges that Combs then observed as a third individual also engaged in sexual assault against her.

Motivated by a lawsuit filed last month by R&B star Casandra Ventura, also known as Cassie, where she accused Combs of rape and a decade-long pattern of physical abuse, the woman decided to step forward. Additionally, she became aware of another lawsuit implicating Harve Pierre was involved in the grooming and sexual assault of his former assistant.

“Seeing two other women bravely speak out against Mr. Combs and Mr. Pierre, respectively, gave Ms. Doe the confidence to tell her story as well,” the lawsuit states.

According to TMZ, “The accuser included photos of that studio meeting in the lawsuit … and you do see someone sitting on his lap. She’s blurred her face in the images.”

The woman recalls that everything became hazy afterward, but she vividly remembers Diddy leading her into a bathroom where he engaged in non-consensual penetration from behind while she was bent over a sink. She asserts that she did not give consent for sexual activity. The accuser further alleges that Pierre and an unidentified man also compelled her into sexual acts during that night in the studio.

Diddy took to Instagram to reclaim his innocence.

“Enough is enough,” Combs stated in a statement posted on his various social media accounts Wednesday.

“Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”

Since then, this lawsuit has been resolved to both party’s “mutual satisfaction.”
