Brandi E. Mallory Found Dead Due to Complications of Obesity
Brandi E. Mallory, a former contestant of Extreme Weight Loss, has passed away from natural causes due to complications arising from obesity.
A report acquired by TMZ from the Fulton County Medical Examiner highlighted factors like weight. In addition, the report mentioned an enlarged heart and elevated blood indicators associated with prediabetes. These factors collectively contributed to her overall health condition.
According to the documentation, there were no indications of a recent injury, and there was no basis to suspect any foul play. The report also mentioned the presence of trace amounts of marijuana and alcohol in her system. The coroner affirmed that neither substance played a role in her demise.
“It is my opinion that Brandi E. Mallory died of complications of obesity was considered a significant condition contributing to the death.” Moreover, the report listed her death as natural.
Mallory, aged 40, was last observed on November 8. Surveillance footage shows her collecting food from Chipotle. This was reported in a document from the Atlanta Police Department, obtained by People.
According to documents, the proprietor of a nearby deli informed the police that he observed a solitary vehicle in the parking lot the next morning. He expressed concern as he noticed a woman inside who seemed to be asleep. A few hours later, he grew increasingly worried as the car stayed put, and the woman seemed unresponsive. This prompted the man to call 911.
Mallory participated in the fourth season of Extreme Weight Loss, the ABC series hosted by Chris Powell in 2014. During her time on the program, she achieved a remarkable weight loss of over 150 pounds
After the death of a 29-year-old sorority sister from a heart attack, Mallory revealed it as inspiration for her weight loss journey. Following her passing, on November 20, friends and family assembled in Stone Mountain, Georgia, to bid their final farewells to the star.

The Season 5 Extreme Weight Loss star, Kim Williams Maxile also shared a heartfelt message on Instagram.
“You have given us all 40 years of fabulous through fit, fun, laughter, and your captivating personality,” Mallory’s friend shared on Facebook. “Baby girl you were beyond loved and your lines sisters showed up and showed out we love you Brandi. But God loves you best!”
