Olivia Rodrigo took to social media to announce the deluxe version of GUTS, which includes four vinyl-exclusive tracks and a brand new one, coming March 22.

Rodrigo didn’t stop at social media posts, though. On March 19, during her live performance at Chicago’s United Center, she made the announcement live. NBC Chicago reports that after performing her final encore, she opened a folded piece of paper that read “GUTS DELUXE OUT FRIDAY.” Then, the surrounding background dancers pulled out papers of their own that listed the titles of the new tracks.

According to Variety, the track list for GUTS (spilled) goes as follows. The first four songs—“Obsessed,” “Girl I’ve Always Been,” “Scared of My Guitar,” and “Stranger”—were already previously available to audiences. However, fans could only listen to them on the vinyl version of the original album. On March 22, they will be available for streaming.

Additionally, GUTS (spilled) contains one more song exclusive to the deluxe edition. Entitled “So American,” this track will also be available across all streaming platforms with the rest of them.

GUTS is Rodrigo’s second studio album. Released on September 8, it gained massive critical acclaim. It topped the charts in over 15 countries, including the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Additionally, GUTS received both an Album of the Year nomination and one for Best Pop Vocal Album at the 2024 Grammy Awards.

According to Genius, the album tells the story of Rodrigo’s later teenage years. Each song details a different challenge she faced or a lesson she learned, specifically at the age of nineteen. Before the release of GUTS, she revealed to the New York Times that she really leaned into rock influences on this album. And the powerful, electric guitar-ridden tracks reflect that.
