Kendall Jenner Releases New $23 Smoothie at Erewhon

On May 15, model Kendall Jenner launched her new $23 smoothie, “Kendall’s Peaches and Cream Smoothie,” in collaboration with Erewhon Market, an upscale supermarket chain in Los Angeles, California.

According to its description on Erewhon’s website, the smoothie is made with ripe organic peaches, rich coconut cream, electrolytes, lucuma, aloe vera juice, and gut-friendly kombucha. It further states that “a portion of proceeds will be donated to Good Shepherd Shelter, a long-term shelter for women and children who have experienced domestic violence.”

Several of her friends and family who got the smoothie personally delivered to their homes took to social media to share their first impressions. Stephanie Shepherd, Kim Kardashian’s ex-assistant, stated on her Instagram story, “This may be the best smoothie I’ve ever had…and I hate smoothies, so that’s saying a lot.” Entrepreneur Lauren Perez mentioned, “Finally, a smoothie I don’t have to alter because you know my girl also hates bananas.” Jenner’s younger sister and makeup mogul, Kylie Jenner, gave the smoothie a “10/10.”

Jenner is among many celebrities who have collaborated with the LA-exclusive supermarket. Model Hailey Bieber, a close friend of Jenner, partnered with Erewhon in June 2022, launching “Hailey Bieber’s Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie” to promote her skincare line, Rhode Skin. It has since come out in different iterations, including the “Hailey’s Way Cosmic Bliss Soft Serve,” now sold in individual pints.

Posting her peaches and cream smoothie on her Instagram story, Jenner joked that “@haileybieber is shaking in her boots,” to which Bieber responded, “It is delicious.”

Singer-songwriter and actress Olivia Rodrigo also collaborated with Erewhon on a “Good 4 Ur GUTS” smoothie to promote her “GUTS World Tour.” Its ingredients include strawberries, blueberries, mango chunks, and Health-ade’s Pomegranate Kombucha. 

Over recent years, Erewhon has gained popularity among celebrities and influencers. In one of her videos, Youtuber Emma Chamberlain revealed her Erewhon favorites: Swoon’s Pink Lemonade and her “pride and joy” kale and white bean salad.

She, too, partnered with Erewhon in June 2023 on a smoothie called “Emma’s Cold Brew Cookie Smoothie,” featuring Fancy Mouse Espresso Blend from Chamberlain’s brand, Chamberlain Coffee.

YouTuber and actress Claudia Sulewski also made an Erewhon trip in her most recent vlog. Her meal included noodles, salad, and carrots, and she ate alongside her long-term boyfriend Finneas, brother to singer-songwriter Billie Eilish. In disbelief, Sulewski noted how expensive it was, expressing, “We just spent $82 on Erewhon. I didn’t know it’d be that much.”
