ENHYPEN Announces New EP Desire: Unleash Following Coachella Debut
ENHYPEN continues solidifying its place as a global K-pop frontrunner, with a landmark performance at Coachella and the announcement of its upcoming sixth EP, DESIRE: UNLEASH.
The group revealed the new release at the end of their April 19 Coachella set, building fan anticipation worldwide. Set to drop on June 5, the EP follows closely on the heels of their recent English-language single “Loose,” signaling a new musical chapter for the group.
A Momentous Debut
ENHYPEN debuted at Coachella on April 12, performing a dynamic 45-minute set on the Sahara Stage. They returned for a second weekend performance on April 19, matching their previous runtime and further cementing their impact on the iconic festival.
The setlist was a powerful blend of viral hits, fan favorites, and deep cuts, including “Blockbuster,” “Blessed-Cursed,” “ParadoXXX Invasion,” “XO (Only If You Say Yes),” and “Sweet Venom.”
Standouts included the energetic anthem “Future Perfect (Pass the MIC),” the hypnotic “Moonstruck,” and the ever-popular “Bite Me,” known for its infectious beat and sleek choreography. “Drunk-Dazed,” one of their earliest breakout tracks, rounded out the high-octane performance.
True to form, ENHYPEN delivered a stage experience marked by precision, aggressive footwork, and intense synchronization. Their live vocals were strong throughout, and the members’ commanding stage presence left a lasting impression.
Notably, the group was actively involved in all aspects of their Coachella set, from production decisions to performance structure.
